**PETS WELCOME** Well-behaved, Small dogs (under 40lbs) are allowed. NO Cats (Due Allergy Issues) PET FEE: $150 for 1st pet, $75 for each 2nd and 3rd HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Guests use hot tub at their own risk. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are three security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One at each entry points but away from line of sight of hot tub for privacy. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property. ***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500. ***Note: All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. ***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation amount and cannot exceed 10 guests (MAX 6 adults due to sleeping arrangements). Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $50 per unregistered guest per night. ***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750. ***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.
