NO Cats (Due Allergy Issues) PET FEE: $150 for 1st pet, $75 for each 2nd and 3rd HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Guests use hot tub at their own risk. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are four security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One at each entry points but away from line of sight of hot tub for privacy. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property. ***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500. ***Note: All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund. ***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation amount and cannot exceed 10 guests. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $50 per unregistered guest per night. ***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750. ***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Guests can purchase additional passes for $8 per badge per day (prices subject to change). Children under the age of 6 do not require a badge. Community badges can be picked up at the Administration Office located on 182 Lake Road. Guests registration and fee are required with Pocono Farms Country Club Association 72 hours prior to check-in. PFCCA Administration Office Hours: Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 4:30pm Sundays: Closed Seamless Smart Lock Self Check-in - Check-in time 4:00PM - Check-out time 11:00AM Early check-ins and late check-outs are not offered.
